A GLOBAL GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCE

It started with Azúcar Negra — an exploration of African retentions in Latin American cuisine.

Since then, the DC Supper Club has become a rotating stage for culinary voices across cultures and traditions. Each edition features a different chef, a different story, and a menu designed around discovery. Hosted in a private residence, with seating limited to 12 guests.

From classic Haitian brunch to Korean-Italian fusion, the stories brought to the table keep expanding, and so does what's possible around it.

About Kapri

Named 2023 Bartender of the Year by Liquor.com, Kapri Robinson is one of the most accomplished mixologists DC has ever seen. Before appearing on Netflix’s Drink Masters, the hospitality educator and activist founded Chocolate City’s Best, the world’s largest competition and educational hub for Black and Brown bartenders. Kapri is also the host of the Soul Palate podcast and DC's 2017 Cocktail Queen.

About The Experience

Guests will be guided through a professional tasting, enjoying distinctive cocktails, snacks, drink recipes, private VIP access to one of DC’s top cocktail rooms, and lessons on cocktail mixology and history. Great for a unique date night as well as for groups looking to have fun!
