JAE Henderson

Jae is an award-winning entrepreneur, product leader, and former spirits executive. He previously launched three award-winning spirits brands: Source One Vodka, Juniper Grove Gin, and Hecate Liqueur, while working to bottle whiskeys that have now won The American Whiskey Masters’ Gold Medals. The brands Jae has built have been featured in 300+ retailers, including Whole Foods, as well as in Travel+Leisure, USA Today, and Forbes.

Lajuanda M. Asemota

Lajuanda is an award-winning executive who is passionate about innovation’s ability to affect social change. She boasts a 20-year career spanning diverse industries such as technology, media, education, and hospitality. She has served organizations such as Second Chance Studios, /dev/color, and Singularity Education Group and been featured in Forbes Austria and Silicon Valley’s 40 Under 40 Tech Diversity.

A Cornell alum, with a finance background in equity research at Wells Fargo and hands-on experience supporting nonprofit initiatives, private dinners, and executive business events, she brings both strategic rigor and operational excellence to her work creating moments that resonate.
