"Wow! My friend and I had an incredible time at The DC Supper Club with Chef Ophus. Each and every course was beautifully plated and delicious! Chef Ophus described each meal and the story behind it, and it added an amazing touch to the experience. The seating arrangements were so intentional! "Jae was incredible—I'd do this experience again in a heartbeat. There are some people who can make you feel like you've known them right after you've met them, and Jae is one of those people! Kapri welcomed us immediately, told the stories about the spirits, and then made (and involved us in shaking) the delightful cocktails.
