Our mission is to uncover hidden culinary histories while creating spaces where outstanding chefs and mixologists get creative freedom and guests experience genuine connection.
We're currently accepting applications for our 2026 roster. Whether you're self-taught or formally trained, if you can carry the vision and execution of a multi-course experience — complete with storytelling about the ingredients, history, and technique — we want to hear from you.
