Event Operations Coordinator
We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to join our core team and help bring our curated experiences to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves the art of seamless execution.
You'll work closely with our founders and culinary partners to coordinate everything from event logistics to guest communications, ensuring every experience lives up to the DC Urban Oasis standard.
What you'll do
Coordinate all aspects of event operations from planning through execution
Manage vendor relationships and event logistics
Support marketing and guest communication efforts
Help maintain our brand standards across all touchpoints
